The Deluxe Apartment Silvaner, featuring a bio-sauna and balcony, offers a stylish home for one or two people in a spacious 50 square meters. This holiday apartment combines the authenticity of our listed property with modern living comfort and plenty of privacy.

The centerpiece is the private Finnish bio sauna, perfect for relaxing moments. In the living room, a comfortable whirlpool tub provides exclusive wellness hours – a personal retreat after a day exploring the region. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, and bathrobes, offering contemporary comfort.

A separate kitchen allows for independent culinary experiences. For small moments of enjoyment, a Senseo coffee machine with pods, a kettle, and a fine selection of teas are provided. A desk and a smart TV offer flexibility for work and relaxation. The private balcony offers a view of the surrounding greenery and invites you to spend quiet hours outdoors.

Breakfast and housekeeping are not included in the apartment price, but you will enjoy complimentary access to our wellness area and spa – a place of relaxation where you can pamper your body and mind. The Deluxe Apartment Silvaner combines independence, comfort, and private wellness for a unique living experience at the Golden Barrel Meissen.

  • What are the arrival and departure times?

    Your room will be ready for you from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.

    On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am.

    For rooms with a sauna, check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is at 12 pm.


    If you arrive earlier or depart later, we will gladly store your luggage in the meantime – so you can arrive relaxed or enjoy the rest of the day in Meissen.

  • Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

    Your four-legged friends are very welcome (15 € surcharge), with the exception of the barn rooms and some wellness rooms. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Is it possible to use the spa area as a day guest?

    Our spa and wellness area is also open to day guests as part of our Day Spa program. Prices and current offers can be found on the Wellness & Spa page.
