Our FAQs provide answers to the most frequently asked questions about your stay at our hotel in Meissen. If anything remains unclear, please feel free to contact us directly – we're happy to help you personally.

  • What are the arrival and departure times?

    Your room will be ready for you from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.

    On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am.

    For rooms with a sauna, check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is at 12 pm.


    If you arrive earlier or depart later, we will gladly store your luggage in the meantime – so you can arrive relaxed or enjoy the rest of the day in Meissen.

  • Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

    Your four-legged friends are very welcome (15 € surcharge), with the exception of the barn rooms and some wellness rooms. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Is it possible to use the spa area as a day guest?

    Our spa and wellness area is also open to day guests as part of our Day Spa program. Prices and current offers can be found on the Wellness & Spa page.
